Repetition is the point
Writing the same sentence again and again is not superstition. It is rehearsal. Spaced through the day, it keeps one intention close enough to act on.
How it works
Three sessions a day, about eighteen minutes in total, built around a single sentence you choose yourself.
Not a list. One sentence, in your own words, about something you actually want and can move toward. The guided builder helps you make it specific and believable rather than grand and vague.
Before the day takes over, write your sentence out three times. It takes about two minutes, and it decides what the rest of the day is oriented around.
By the afternoon the world has pulled you somewhere else. Six repetitions are a deliberate return, a moment to notice the drift and come back.
The longest session closes the day. Nine slow repetitions, and your intention is the last thing you hold onto before you rest.

Why three, six, nine
One long journaling session in the evening is easy to skip and easy to forget. Splitting the same practice into three smaller moments means your intention gets revisited while the day is still happening, when you can still do something about it.
The counts rise through the day on purpose. Three is quick enough that no morning is too busy for it. Nine is long enough that the evening session feels like a real close, not a box ticked.
369 is a writing and reflection practice. It is not medical, financial or psychological advice, and it does not promise particular outcomes. What it offers is a structure for paying consistent attention to something you care about.
What we believe
Writing the same sentence again and again is not superstition. It is rehearsal. Spaced through the day, it keeps one intention close enough to act on.
Prompts help you find language, but the sentence is always yours. A borrowed affirmation never carries the same weight.
What you write is encrypted, never sold, and deletable from inside the app. Your intentions are not a data product.
